What's The Process?

Look, we know planning a spectacular conference, assembly, meeting, or any other event takes a lot of time and money. We also understand that success is measured by how much the audience learns, remembers and enjoys the experience. Whether you need an opening or closing keynote speaker, our goal is to make your job easier, make you look fantastic, and make sure your event is a huge success!

1. Get In Touch

Contact our office to discuss your engagement, look over the details and confirm Clint’s availability for the date. During this process we’ll help you determine if your event is a good “fit” for our services. If you would like to put the date on reserve, you can do so with no financial commitment.

2. Book Your Date

To secure a date on Clint’s calendar, a 50% deposit of his fee is required. We will also send you our contract to review and sign. Everything is sent quick, fast and with E-sign capabilities. Upon the agreement of the signed contract our staff will schedule a pre-program interview and consultation.

3. Consultation

Clint will meet with you and others on your team in person or over the telephone. This discussion will help him gain insight regarding your organization, event theme, meeting objectives and industry trends. Using this information, Clint will prepare a program that is personalized to suit your event.

4. Payment

Please deliver the balance of Clint’s fee no later then 10 days prior to the program. Before the engagement date, we will also confirm the room setup, provide any marketing material for your program if needed, and continue to coordinate travel itinerary, staging, and other logistics.

5. Showtime

If this is an out-of- town engagement, Clint will generally arrive the day before his presentation. This allows for early sound check on the day of the event as well as drum kit setup and adequate time to go over any other elements of event production to ensure SHOWTIME success.

AV & Stage Requirements

Here you will find Clint’s requested, lighting, stage and AV setup that is most preferred while speaking. This setup is not required for the event but is HIGHLY recommended if possible.
